The journey began in 1975 with the formation of Kamal Group, founded by the late Shri Sunder Shyam Chugh, a man of remarkable foresight and humility. What started as a modest venture focused on the distribution of agricultural machinery and auto parts gradually evolved into a diversified business group with a strong presence across automobile dealerships, spare parts distribution, precision manufacturing, and industrial casting solutions.

- Kamal Machinery (1981)
Established under the guidance of Shri Sunder Shyam Chugh, along with Mr. Darpan Chugh and Mr. Jatin Chugh, this vertical focused on machinery and engineering solutions, laying a strong technical foundation for the Group’s expansion. - Kamal Agencies (2001)
Launched under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Darpan Chugh, Kamal Agencies expanded the Group’s reach in spare parts and allied segments, strengthening its presence in the automotive ecosystem. - Kamal Sales (2007)
Operating under Kamal Agencies, and led by Mr. Darpan Chugh, Kamal Sales further strengthened the Group’s distribution network and expanded its aftermarket footprint. - Sareen Motors (2010)
Under the continued vision of Mrs. Payal Chugh, this venture expanded the Group’s automobile dealership footprint and reinforced its growing presence in the automotive retail sector. - Sewing: Parts Unlimited
A specialized manufacturing division of Kamal Group, dedicated to producing high-strength cast iron sewing machine stands, pipes, and industrial bases. This vertical further reinforced the Group’s position in precision casting and industrial manufacturing.
